There will always be people who will tell you to just “don't think about your anxiety”.
These guys want you to start focus on something more important and to do something more productive instead.
There will always be that kind of peoples who will not understand the seriosusly in anxiety How it feels to fear the death when you almost feels like dying or how it feels to not get enough air in our lugns.
How all focus and energy is use to handle the anxiety or how it takes a few days for recovery after an attack.
Which means that other necessary things may be underprioritized. Even if it's right in front of your eyes.
But you just want to sit there. You can't focus on anything else than your mental health and anxiety. You are scared and exhausted.
When it's time for bed. All you want is to sleep, but you can't. Because all your thoughts start spinning around in your head about tomorrows important meeting with the therapist. Which means that you have to take the bus trip to get there. I trip that you don't like at all. All trip that get you a new anxiety.
The anxiety even prevents you from eating. Everything you put in your stomach turns on the way down and comes back.
But hey, start focus on something else and don't think about your anxiety so much.
I have a word to these people, shut up and do your homework before you talk about something like anxiety.
